I've been lucky enough to meet so many INCREDIBLE/HILARIOUS/STRONG people over the last couple of years with MDA and am excited that we now have a chance to continue their mission.
The MDA Muscle Walk allows us all to start 2012 by doing something positive!
You can see pictures from my visit to Summer Camp on Facebook.

Carter - Tiptoe-ing across hardwood floors in Heaven ;c)
Super sad, and I miss my buddy...Carter ended up with doggy lymphoma this summer, and put up an awesome fight. When it become too much, it happened quickly, and I'm thinking he had one of the best doggy-lives ever! He was happy right up to the last day.
He may be up in Heaven with his cone on, getting the rundown on what really causes thunderstorms (see video below haha):
I was super excited to see Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera perform with their teams on The Voice this week. When I got home Monday night to watch (and then again last night for the results), my stupid satellite provider...not naming names..was getting a jumbled/scrambly signal for NBC, and the entire episode was messed up!
Luckily, Esther - intern - was nice enough to find the important moments for me and us (if you have the same dumb satellite that I do), and here you go!
Hopefully its not a sign that Dick Clark believed the Mayans, and knew he wouldn't have to worry about another Rockin Eve.. For everyone in the music industry, though, it was a SUPER sentimental day. This afternoon, news broke that Dick suffered a massive heart attack after having an outpatient procedure last night. Medics weren't able to revive him, and one of the most legendary people in entertainment passed away at the age of 82.
If you don't know about the storied life of Ryan Seacrest's mentor, there is a link on our homepage to read the full scoop. Dick broke into the scene back in the late 1950s and started Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve in the 1970s (I believe...I'm doing this all from my memory - which is surprisingly full of Dick Clark trivia - that's how important he was to this biz)...probably 1972. He hosted that all the way up until 2004, when a stroke sidelined him for a couple of years. Seacrest jumped in to help out in 2006, and Dick has made random appearances throughout the remaining telecasts.
From what I have heard and always witnessed, Dick Clark was a guy who deserved the respect that he acquired from so many.
Here's a little bit of what will now forever be part of history:
On Friday, CBS aired the ACM Special "Lionel Richie And Friends"..
Check out some of the killer duets and Lionel tributes from the show:
