Personality Bio
OK so you want to know about me....Well who wouldn't!!! I am the funnest RED Head on the station!! Yes, I am proud to be a Red HEAD!!! Lets see, I started in radio at the tender age of 15! In fact, I started my radio career at Cat Country when I was just a freshman at NORTH FORT MYERS HIGH SCHOOL!!! Go Red Knights!!! So, by that statement you can tell I am a local. Not many of us around ~ however, I love the fact that I was born and raised here! All, my family still live in the area!! Which means my MOM still HEARS ALL and KNOWS ALL!! I will never out grow that! I have a family of my own now. I'm married to an amazing man!! Danny, love you, thanks for putting up with my crazy schedule! And WE have the WORLDS CUTEST BABY!!!! My life is truly blessed!
I love RADIO!! I have the BEST Job in the world!! But let me tell you, when you are in this industry be prepared to, literally, do it ALL!!! I've dressed up as several mascot's and waved at many cars to get where I am today. Which, I am humbled for still having a job! But, my life philosophy is this, "What humbles you makes you stronger!" Along with eating sweets everyday makes you sweeter!
I've done some traveling before settling down. I lived in Nashville or as the locals call it Nash-Vegas! Very cool city! I would love to move back at some point. I also lived in Colorado, Gods Country!!! The Rocky Mountains are GORGEOUS! However, not a big fan of SNOW!!! Fun to vacation in, not to live in!!! Having got my adventurous streak out of me, I decided that HOME is just that, HOME SWEET HOME!!! Plus, I missed my Family!
Since 2005 I've been back at my ROOTS and plan on staying a LONG TIME!!! IF you want to know more listen in, I LOVE to talk about my life!!! |

I had so much fun Sat. in West Palm Beach....went to the H2O Tour to see Brad Paisley ~ Darius Rucker & Steel Magnolia!!! I even got to go on Steel Magnolia's bus! I tried to go on Darius's & Brad's but both buses had a "Look out for Melanie" poster on them!!! LOL!!! Anyway, I took a ton of pics for your viewing pleasure! So sit back and enjoy!!! =)

****UPDATE****
We have a FREE JAIL BIRD!! Officially this morning (08/02/10), around 1:30a, Lindsay snuck out a side door and headed to REHAB! I’m sure she was singing a little Amy Winehouse…I don’t want to go to Rehab, oh NO NO NO!!! She did not go home and shower or see her family. Instead she was sent directly to her next destination, a secret treatment facility. Were she won’t be leaving early on good behavior – 90 days in rehab and a year of random drug testing to finish out her sentence. I got to say not hearing about Lindsay for 90 days may be a little boring….ummm who will be our next train wreck headline making celeb????
Ok we all know, and some care or not, that Lindsay Lohan is in the pokey! Well, now sources are saying as early as Sunday @ midnight she could be FREE!!! WHAT? Explain to me why most people who are in jail are released WAAAAAAAYYYY before their sentencing time? I personally feel she needs to be in there longer for her own good, but only SHE can help herself when it comes down to it! Right?!
Anyway....Lindsay has her stylists and image consultant on stand by for her release! Think back to Paris Hilton, when she was released from jail....miraculously she had her hair done, new clothes, shoes, makeup and looked like she was heading to the airport instead of leaving jail! Well, that is what Lindsay and her people have planned. In fact it's already being choreographed from the way she holds her head, to when she yells out "Mommy!" Well, that's what Paris yelled out so naturally one can only assume Lindsay would do and say the same thing! Celebrities....funny Brad Paisley just started singing in my head! They way I see it, it takes less than a minute to walk from the door to her waiting car, Lindsay show us why you became famous in the first place...."ACT" sincere, you know like you learned something from your week behind bars!
